Why does XpoBay not publish one fixed price?+

A focused single exhibition and a complex international portfolio can differ significantly in user volume, workflows, branding, integrations and implementation. We therefore agree the scope first and provide an event-specific proposal rather than publishing a price that would be misleading for most organisers.

Can we begin with one event?+

Yes. XpoBay can be introduced for one exhibition or trade event and expanded later if your requirements grow.

Are these three options fixed packages?+

No. They are common operating models that help start the conversation. The final proposal is tailored around your events, participants, workflows and required capabilities.

Will the proposal explain what is included?+
