Exhibitor Management Software Integrations

Keep the systems you rely on. Let XpoBay bring their tasks together.

Your event website, meeting-matching platform, exhibitor-badging system, CRM, show app and specialist suppliers do not need to disappear. XpoBay keeps them in place, brings their required actions into one personalised Workspace for each exhibitor, speaker and sponsor, and gives organisers a current view of what is complete, what is outstanding and what happens next.

Event technology ecosystem

Build the event tech stack you need.

Use the strongest system for each job. XpoBay works with CRM, event websites, show apps, meeting matching, exhibitor badging, marketing platforms and specialist suppliers through supported APIs, feeds, imports and practical task links.

One source of truth without one giant system

Connect what should connect. Surface everything else in the right place.

XpoBay does not need to own every specialist function. Move data where it should move, leave specialist work in the system built for it, and bring the right task, deadline and completion status into each person’s Workspace. The organiser retains one coherent view without replacing the systems underneath.

Bring people in automatically

Start in the system that already holds the record.

Use the XpoBay API to create participant records from an existing CRM or internal workflow. Send the event data XpoBay needs to personalise the Workspace from the first login, including User Types, User Categories, stand details and selected custom fields.

Update the source once. Let connected channels follow.

Approved exhibitor profiles, speaker details, product listings, sponsor logos and other configured form data can be published through event-specific JSON or XML feeds. Your website or show app can then refresh the latest information on its own import schedule.

Your website and app remain your website and app. XpoBay supplies the current approved data; each connected channel controls how it is presented.

Use the lightest connection that solves the job

Not every workflow needs a custom integration.

XpoBay supports practical ways to move information in, move approved information out and guide participants to specialist systems when the action belongs elsewhere.

API

User creation API

Questions

Integrations FAQ

Clear answers about existing systems, APIs, event feeds, websites and show apps.

Do we have to replace our existing CRM, event website, show app or specialist supplier system?+
No. XpoBay is designed to sit alongside the systems that already work. The connection method depends on the system and workflow, but the goal is to give each person one coherent route through the work rather than force a wholesale replacement of your stack.
Can XpoBay create users from our CRM or another upstream system?+
Yes. The authenticated API supports user creation with event-related data such as User Types, User Categories, locations, dimensions and selected custom-field values.
Can XpoBay update our event website automatically?+
Yes. Selected form data can be made available through an event-specific JSON or XML feed. Once your website is configured to consume that feed, it can import new entries and refresh existing profiles on its chosen schedule.
Can the same information update a show app?+
Yes, where the show app provider is configured to consume the event feed. The app can use approved speaker, exhibitor, sponsor, product and other event data.
What if an action must stay in a specialist supplier platform?+
That platform can stay in place. XpoBay can surface the relevant external action or link in the participant workspace so the user knows what applies to them and where to go next.
Is the event feed two-way?+
No. It is a publishing feed from XpoBay to a consuming website or application. The consuming system controls how the data is imported, refreshed and displayed.
